That is an argument to have. Politics must have so many unpleasant topics for the Senators and Representatives to have to latch onto, and here comes one about creativity and sheer technical power. That must be fun.
Our military does have its places. The history and achievements on its training-soil need no introduction. There is a place for everything and everyone who goes into them. But the USSF, according to Sen. Banks, does not have one, and he suggests the Hoosier State for it. Indiana qualifies as part of the heartland of our country, and space coming to our nation's heart would demonstrate our relationship to the whole wide world. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration, NASA, is located, according to its website, in Washington, D.C. Perhaps it would move there, as well. It could become the United States home for Space. USA!
