Politico is worried that SCOTUS might let DACA expire, and you'll never guess what that means for Congress

The Left is now having to grapple with the possibility that the Supreme Court could allow DACA, a program started by the Obama administration for those in the U.S. illegally, to expire. Politico finds that since the Supreme Court is not dominated by leftists, there is a very real possibility that Congress might have to deal with the issue.

“Dumped on its doorstep,” says Politico.

Doing its job, says the Constitution.

They must have forgotten that some in Congress cannot be disturbed right now while they look for high crimes and misdemeanors.

The absolute nerve of those founding fathers to create a system that puts such weighty decisions in the hands of elected representatives.

Taking up such issues is, quite literally, why Congress exists.
