House minority leader Kevin McCarthy does not agree with Senate Intelligence Committee chairman Richard Burr (a Republican) subpoenaing Donald Trump Jr. to testify further.
He feels strongly that Burr’s actions are just prolonging an investigation that has already taken place.

McCarthy’s not the only top Republican to voice his opposition to Burr’s subpoena.
Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Lindsey Graham said if he were representing Trump Jr., he would tell him to “call it a day” and not go back to the Hill to testify further.
Sen. @LindseyGrahamSC: “If I were @DonaldJTrumpJr’s lawyer, I would tell him, you don’t need to go back into this environment anymore. You’ve been there for hours and hours and nothing being alleged here changes the outcome of the Mueller investigation. I would call it a day.” pic.twitter.com/WErnwfChdL
