WHOA: This chart shows the incredible difficulty and danger involved with the Thailand cave rescue

Pollster Frank Luntz tweeted this chart which shows the difficulty facing those who are attempting to rescue the kids trapped in a Thailand cave.

As the following graphic shows, navigating that 2.5-mile stretch of earth with so much water involved is a daunting challenge.

A former Navy SEAL likened it to climbing Mt. Everest.

The good news is that six of the trapped boys have reportedly been rescued from the cave, and officials say the operation has been going better than expected.

After pausing to reboot the air tanks and systems, the next wave of the rescue operation is set to take place Sunday evening into Monday (U.S. time).

And it may take up to four days to complete the rescue.

The beginning of the monsoon season adds to an already very delicate situation in Thailand.
