'Something really is amiss here': Sen. Brian Schatz slams CNN for being biased against (you guessed it) DEMS

Hawaii Sen. Brian Schatz (Dem) is not happy with CNN.

Why?

Because the network had Rick Santorum on a panel but not an elected Democrat.

Something really is amiss here. They had former Senator Rick Santorum on the TV today but no elected Democrats.

For the sake of the argument, let’s take a look at who was on the CNN panel to which Schatz is referring…

Rick Santorum (attorney, former GOP senator)
Karine Jean-Pierre (national spokeswoman for MoveOn.org)
Linda Chavez (author and commentator who served with two Republican presidents)
Bakari Sellars (attorney and former Democratic state Rep. from South Carolina)

No (currently) elected Republicans or Democrats were part of the panel.

For CNN’s standards, this is a well-balanced panel, which seems to upset liberals like Schatz who are used to the network overloading each segment with leftists.
