'Blowout': Projections show the French election is over, and it wasn't even close

Early reports from the runoff election in France project that Emmanuel Macron will beat Marine Le Pen decisively. Macron looks to be hovering around 65 percent of the vote.

It looks as if Macron might have won with an even wider margin than the near 25-point polling spread had indicated in the days leading up to the election.
