Tears flow after Obama sends his first tweet since Inauguration Day

Former president Barack Obama sent several tweets on Inauguration Day, indicating his return to his original Twitter handle, @BarackObama, and promoting his new website. Sunday afternoon, he sent his first tweet since the day he handed over the presidency to Donald Trump.
