Here's Newt Gingrich's theory on why FBI director Comey released the new Hillary letter

Trump surrogate Newt Gingrich offered the following theory about why FBI director James Comey released a letter Sunday afternoon stating that the July conclusion about Hillary Clinton has not changed.

Comey must be under enormous political pressure to cave like this and announce something he cant possibly know.
