Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) is lamenting the fact that she did not make a bet with Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) over the Houston Texans at Minnesota Vikings NFL game. Klobuchar’s Vikings crushed Cruz’s Texans 31-13.
