'Sums it up right there': Fans notice something strange about Washington's football field [photos]

Today marks the return of the NFL regular season, and with that comes an enormous amount of fan interest. Many watching the Redskins/Dolphins game noticed an upside down painted “3” at FedEx Field’s 30-yard-line.
