Breaking news out of Turkey where Vice President Pence announced a 120-hour ceasefire in Syria to allow Kurdish YPG troops to withdraw from the border:

According to the vice president, the U.S. will hold off on new sanctions announced on Monday if Turkish forces withdraw:
