Condoleezza Rice was on the “Today” show this morning to promote her new book where she absolutely “schooled” Savannah Guthrie when asked if Russia actually helped President Trump win in 2016 because of his slim margin of victory in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan.

Philip Zelikow, her co-author, added that the time has passed to punish Russia for 2016 and that should have been done 2 years ago:
