Condoleezza Rice absolutely 'schools' Savannah Guthrie on 2016 and Russian interference

Condoleezza Rice was on the “Today” show this morning to promote her new book where she absolutely “schooled” Savannah Guthrie when asked if Russia actually helped President Trump win in 2016 because of his slim margin of victory in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan.
