Wow.
MSNBC’s Ari Melber called out Robert Mueller, saying his “grasp and presentation of the underlying facts . . . was not very detailed”:
"Bob Mueller's testimony today was not assertive, let alone aggressive. Bob Mueller's grasp and presentation of the underlying facts … was not very detailed. It didn't build in the way some had hoped." – @AriMelber pic.twitter.com/ygmv2PURyR

Melber is not the only one calling out Mueller on this:
Who wrote the Mueller Report? After todays hearing it is clear Mueller did not write the report that bears his name. Who wrote it?
— Newt Gingrich (@newtgingrich) July 24, 2019
Mueller refused to answer questions on it during the hearing:
Roby: How many of the 500 interviews conducted during your investigation did you sit in on?
Mueller: Very few.
Roby: Who wrote your March letter to the AG complaining about media coverage of your report?
Mueller: I can't say.— Sean Davis (@seanmdav) July 24, 2019
.@replouiegohmert to Meuller: Who wrote your comments at the last DoJ presser?
Mueller: I’m not going to comment on that
Gohmert: I got it you didn’t write them
Muller: smirks unhappily.

And if the answer is Andrew Weissmann, that should be a major issue for everyone:
Wow from @RepArmstrongND. “When did you learn one of your top attorneys, Andrew Weissmann, attended Hillary Clinton’s 2016 election night party?”
Mueller: “I’m not sure.”
Armstrong: “Isn’t that a conflict of interest?”
Mueller: “I’m not going to answer that.”

Watch:
Robert Mueller refuses to say when he knew his top staffer Andrew Weissmann attended Hillary Clinton's election night party and praised Obama DOJ official Sally Yates for disobeying a direct order from the president. pic.twitter.com/XZUWSPNGED
