WTF is this headline and chyron, CNN? The bipartisan humanitarian aid bill that passed both the House and the Senate is controversial because Rep. Ilhan Omar and Rep. AOC say it is?

This “controversial” bill had 88 votes in the Senate. . .

. . .and 305 votes in the House:

And note that the bill that passed was the Senate bill. Reps. AOC and Omar still voted against the Dem’s House bill. Was that Dem version controversial, too?
