We will note that Republicans eventually won the Fast and Furious fight, which could prove problematic to Barr:
I'm not going to claim to be the world's foremost expert on executive privilege but I don't see how DOJ wins on the merits to so broadly refuse production of the Mueller report and its underlying docs. The Fast and Furious ruling in 2016 seriously undermines that argument.
