Current U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Kevin McAleenan has been named the Acting Secretary:

This move comes shortly after Trump pulled the nomination of Ronald Vitello to head Immigration and Customs Enforcement:
Also noteworthy, as this comings on the heels of Trump withdrawing Ronald Vitiello as his nominee to head Immigration and Customs Enforcement because he wants to go in a “tougher direction.” Something is happening behind the scenes.
