Check it out: MSNBC already has a new graphic and theme song for the Mueller report:

But it’s really too bad that the Mueller report didn’t deliver for ol’ tingly leg:
Chris Matthews is reacting exactly as expected.

Matthews didn’t take the news very well that there will be no other indictment from Mueller:
It’s kind of hilarious that Ken Dilanian of all people is telling Matthews if Mueller didn’t indict Roger Stone, that means Mueller didn’t find any collusion.

And you know it’s bad when someone mentions “RICO”:
LOL. Now Matthews brought up RICO.

Watch here:
"My only conclusion is that the President transmitted to Mueller that he would take the 5th. He would never talk to him and therefore, Mueller decided it wasn't worth the subpoena fight." @KenDilanianNBC on Mueller concluding his report. #Hardball pic.twitter.com/MjQYCj13AD

Matthews was particularly angry that Mueller didn’t even try to get the president to testify:
Chris Matthews seems totally pissed that he’s been played on non-existent collusion. His major quibble is Trump didn’t testify.
This is likely how much of America will respond, and Trump’s approval is probably going to go up.

Later on, Matthews questioned if Dems are disillusioned:
“Isn’t there a sense of disillusion here?” MSNBC’s Chris Matthews asks about Democrats‘ reaction so far to the completion of the Mueller report and the news that there are no more indictments coming from him

David Corn of Mother Jones then explained how they fell into a trap of making criminal collusion the main issue. But as Politico’s Marc Caputo points out, the Trump team was telling them for years now that “collusion” was a false path anyway. So this “trap” was of their own making:
