According to People Mag, Januhairy was started by this woman after she grew her hair out for a role.

“This isn’t an angry campaign for people who don’t see how normal body hair is,” Laura wrote on Instagram. “But more an empowering project for everyone to understand more about their views on themselves and others.”

And they’ve set up an account and will post photos of other women showing off their body hair to help spread the word:
