Hillary Clinton, who was outsmarted at every turn in the 2016 election, mocked President Donald Trump for saying to the Washington Post in an interview on Tuesday that “I have a gut, and my gut tells me more sometimes than anybody else’s brain can ever tell me.”
Clinton, who was on a paid speaking tour in Toronto, told the gathered Canadians who for some reason thought it would be a good idea to pay to see her speak:
You know Trump governs, well he said today, that, you know, his gut, in his opinion, is a lot smarter than most people’s brains. So [audience laughter] I mean literally you can’t make this stuff up. I mean it’s like [Hillary shakes head back and forth] a dozen times a day your head is spinning [audience applause]”
