The Broward County Sheriff’s office is being criticized this weekend by Andrew Pollack, father of murdered Parkland student Meadow Pollack, after discovering alleged gunman Nikolas Cruz successfully registered to vote while in custody:

It’s actually Brenda Snipes and her Broward County Elections office that’s responsible. From the Sun-Sentinel:
Registering inmates is nothing new, Broward Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Veda Coleman-Wright said Saturday.
“The process is controlled by the Supervisor of Elections office,” she said. “It doesn’t have anything to do with the sheriff.”
So she can’t count actual votes but her office is really good at getting alleged killers on the voting rolls!
Broward, FL & the entire country have lost confidence in Brenda Snipes. She has a long history of failing at her job. Time to bring in someone who is competent. Our county, state & country deserve to have faith in our elections. / @ScottforFlorida @AGPamBondi @realDonaldTrump
