In a series of tweets on Monday, Matt Drudge criticized Fox News hosts Rachel Campos-Duffy, Kennedy, Harris Faulkner and Melissa Francis for laughing during a segment on the mail-bomb scare as well as coverage of the Tree of Life synagogue attack in Pittsburgh:

Fox News’ Kennedy fired back, saying Drudge misrepresented what they were talking about at the time:
It was a really dishonest abstraction from @DRUDGE as we were clearly talking about 3rd party candidates. Today’s @OutnumberedFNC was respectful and somber, and that level of false misrepresentation/clickbait is unacceptable. https://t.co/4awpfKX80c
