…Neither of them is Native American:
Spox for Seminole Tribe of Florida: “We can find no evidence that Cesar Altieri, Caesar Altieri, Caesar Altieri Sayoc, Ceasar Altieri Randazzo (Facebook) or Julus Cesar Milan (Twitter) is or was a member or employee of the Seminole Tribe of Florida,…

2/“… or is or was an employee of Seminole Gaming or Hard Rock International. At this time, we cannot verify if he is or was an employee of a vendor company.”

More from the Seminole Nation of Florida:
A spokesman for the Seminole Tribe of Florida and Hard Rock International says they have no record of Cesar Sayoc or Cesar Altieri having ever been an employee or member of the tribe #MAGABomber pic.twitter.com/73R3IkzHdD

However an old arrest report did list him as an employee of “Hard Rock,” which is a hotel-casino owned by the Seminole Nation in Hollywood, FL:
Is #Sayoc a Seminole Tribe member/ Hard Rock employee or isn't he? @HardRockHolly spokesperson Gary Bitner says no, but a 2013 Coral Springs arrest report lists his employer as "Hard Rock."https://t.co/tchD3xC6du

And there were reportedly numerous posts on social media where Sayco did claim some sort of tribal affiliation:
"But then on October 10th, Sayoc posted a foreboding message warning of a red tsunami. But going back into Sayoc's Twitter history we see a litany of messages referring to the "unconquered seminole tribe." https://t.co/mFFkMz1moe

Which included this:
Cesar Sayoc blasted Elizabeth Warren’s Cherokee claim. But his own Seminole boast Is bogus. https://t.co/1pbOsW5GaI
