Is that a threat? Tom Arnold called out over tweet about Kathy Griffin and a beheaded Trump

Tom Arnold challenged Donald Trump to a fight where the “first body slam wins” in response to the president’s rally last week in Montana where he praised Rep. Greg Gianforte for body-slamming Guardian reporter Ben Jacobs:

But as creepy as that challenge was, Arnold then made it worse when he suggested out of nowhere that the “next time Kathy [Griffin] won’t be holding his fake head!”:
