'LMAO': MSNBC has a brand new way to spin Beto O'Rourke now that he's losing

FFS MSNBC:

Beto O'Rourke's campaign has transcended politics to become something of a political-cultural phenomenon. https://t.co/PuVrc3wXFz

— MSNBC (@MSNBC) October 18, 2018

He’s “transcended politics” because he’s not going to win at politics in Texas:

Are you allowed to be described as a “phenomenon” if you’ve never polled above 45% against Ted Cruz? https://t.co/fEAtCmZIx2

— Jerry Dunleavy (@JerryDunleavy) October 18, 2018

When you transcend politics, actually winning the race is secondary https://t.co/HeKEb3Claw

AKA “losing”:

This is an awfully grandiose way to say "losing." https://t.co/et1EHAKOQt

— Mark Hemingway (@Heminator) October 18, 2018

In other words:

This is liberal media speak for "dude's raising a poop-ton of money from gullible Leftists to lose a race he was never gonna win." https://t.co/fdAqQzuAyQ

Bingo! From the article on O’Rourke’s out-of-state support:

And we’ve seen this before in Texas:

I think y'all are really overselling it, but y'all did do this for Wendy Davis too. https://t.co/wwTfgcnrkD

Or maybe it’s “Obama 2.0”?

Obama 2.0? https://t.co/89lXUlHJb7
