San Francisco straw ban unites James Woods and BuzzFeed News editor? There's hope for America...

A report on San Francisco’s board of supervisors voting unanimously to ban plastic straws in the city is uniting unlikely tweeters in criticism of the move.

First up, here’s Twitchy favorite and actor James Woods who responded to the report with, “How about syringes?”

And now here’s BuzzFeed New Opinion Editor Tom Gara, tweeting “You can shoot up heroin in public, toss the needle into the street and then take a s*it on it, but God help you if you try to drink iced coffee with a straw afterward”:

Kumbaya, everyone. If we can get James Woods and BuzzFeed’s editorial staff mocking the same dumb laws, there’s hope for America.
