Charles NOT Charged: Scott Baio won't face prosecution over Nicole Eggert allegations

Actor Scott Baio won’t face prosecution over allegations made against him by fellow “Charles in Charge” star Nicole Eggert:

Eggert had claimed that Baio started molesting her at age 14:

According to media reports, the statute of limitations has expired on anything potentially prosecutable. But shouldn’t Eggert’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, have known this BEFORE going forward?

And the two sides differ on what exactly the D.A. said about Eggert’s charges:
