Actor Scott Baio won’t face prosecution over allegations made against him by fellow “Charles in Charge” star Nicole Eggert:

Eggert had claimed that Baio started molesting her at age 14:

According to media reports, the statute of limitations has expired on anything potentially prosecutable. But shouldn’t Eggert’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, have known this BEFORE going forward?
