Does THIS admission about @DiamondandSilk spell big trouble for Facebook?

Whoa.

Under questioning from Republican Rep. Joe Barton of Texas, Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg just admitted that the social media company made and “enforcement error” when it blocked videos from the pro-Trump duo, Diamond and Silk:

Rep. Joe Barton from Texas said his constituents want to know whether Facebook is censoring conservative viewpoints, a complaint the company has yet to successfully dodge, brings up Diamond and Silk's suspension, which #Zuckerberg says was "an enforcement error."

Zuckerberg is asked why Facebook suppressed conservative bloggers @DiamondandSilk's page. He responds: "In that specific case, our team made an enforcement error and we have gotten in touch with them to reverse it."

This question wasn’t asked, however:

The question that WASN'T asked, but should have been:

How did the "enforcement error" happen? And why do these "enforcement errors" only seem to happen to conservatives?#ZuckHearing #Zuckerberg

As of yesterday, however, there’s been no communication from Facebook:

Let us be clear; @facebook has NOT communicated directly with @DiamondandSilk. We haven't spoken to Mark Zuckerberg or any representative from Facebook. pic.twitter.com/GthvutECRa

It looks like Zuck didn’t want to repeat yesterday’s encounter with Sen. Ted Cruz:

Exit question: Doesn’t this admission, under oath, open Facebook up to a civil suit? Imagine what discovery would look like if Facebook has to divulge every conservative outlet it has censored and why.
