Last night we told you about Cody Davis, a 20-year-old with an expired ID who claimed he was able to buy an AR-15 in 5 minutes. The TL;DR version is that young Cody is full of it as he never went through the actual process of buying the gun, which would have entailed a background check, etc.

Which brings us to CNN’s Chris Cuomo who is now taking some well-earned heat for retweeting Cody’s BS. Here’s Chet Cannon calling Cuomo out:

Cuomo, however, defended the RT with more BS, saying “the kid’s age and lack of ID wasn’t a deterrent”:
