Now that CNN has identified the owner of the white box truck that was used to block photographers from snapping a picture of President Trump on his golf course, photographer are free to snap pics of the president in action. Via CNN’s Peter Morris:

Other breaking news from CNN on Friday involved whether or not Trump should buy a dog:
Some CNN reporter is saying Trump needs to get a dog. I love dogs but this is a dumb idea.
Can you imagine the thinkpieces about Trump's dog decision? It'd be so fucking stupid and perfect for 2018.

It would drive the news cycle, that’s for sure:
A sample:
Why Trump's decision to buy a purebred says about him.
Why didn't Trump adopt from a more deserving charity?
Of course, Trump's Westie looks like a Klan Member.
Trump should be praised for not neutering his dog and being pro-life.

What message is Trump sending by not walking his dog?
Having staff clean up after your dog sends a bad message to would-be dog adopters.
Donald Trump has ruined dog adoptions.

Is it 2018 yet?
