CLINTON NEWS NETWORK: Did a former Hillary staffer give CNN the idea to use a sketch artist at the briefing?

In what could be the dumbest thing we’ve seen from cable news all year, CNN sent a courtroom sketch artist to cover today’s off-camera press briefing at the White House:

And we have a few questions on how CNN came up with idea in the first place. Did former Hillary Clinton staffer Adam Parkhomenko have anything to do with it? He tweeted yesterday:
