This SCUMBAG was wearing Oregon hero's wedding ring when arrested

Some news to report out of Oregon today where George Tschaggeny was arrested on suspicion of stealing the wedding ring and backpack of one of the two people killed last week on a Portland train while defending two Muslim women from verbal abuse last week:
