#ManchesterBombing suspect id'd as SALMAN ABEDI, 23; Reportedly known to authorities

Breaking news out of the UK where we’re seeing reports that the suspect is last night’s attack in Manchester has been identified as Salman Abedi, 23:

The death toll this morning stands at 22, with ISIS claiming responsibility for the attack:
