Reporters react to cheese balls at Mar-a-Lago press briefing

On Friday as CNN’s Wolf Blitzer cut away from regular programming to cover the daily press briefing at Mar-a-Lago, a strange thing happened. The camera first showed a visibly irritated Sean Spicer giving instructions that the briefing would be done off camera. But then the pool camera, rather than just turn off, panned off of Spicer and focused on this gigantic container of cheese balls in the press area instead, all while the audio was still live:

After a few seconds, CNN cut back to Wolf. But as you can see from the number of RTs and likes, the cheese-ball presser was a hit, including with many reporters.
