Rep. Jason Chaffetz was on CNN’s “New Day” Tuesday morning to talk about the new Republican health-care plan to replace Obamacare when he made the perfectly reasonable comment that Americans find the money to buy things like iPhones but not health insurance and that they need to take more personal responsibility with their finances:
