Don Lemon explains last night's middle-finger salute to Larry Wilmore at the #WHCD

As we told you last night, Larry Wilmore was really awful as the host of the annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner, including one odd moment where he earned a middle-finger salute from CNN’s Don Lemon over a joke calling Lemon an “alleged journalist.”

Lemon later posted on Twitter that it was “all in good fun” and even reenacted the gesture for the cameras at an after party:
