Meet Letitia James, Public Advocate in New York City and fan of Hillary Clinton who helped New Yorkers get a jump on Valentine’s day by handing out Planned Parenthood branded condoms to commuters.

She also handed out special “safer-sex” kits from Planned Parenthood that included “male condoms, female condoms, dental dams, lubricant, and information about local health centers.”
