Fact check, please: EPA chief @GinaEPA says '99% of scientists agree climate change is happening'

Last week the White House organized #BigBlockOfCheese day to let Americans interact directly with some of the top people in the Obama administration via social media.

Here’s one of the questions to EPA chief Gina McCarthy:

And here’s her answer which it looks like she just made up:

Oh, really? “There aren’t” any different opinions? 99% of all scientists agree that “climate change is happening”? How about a link to that study, eh?

We assume she bungled the often used “97% of climate scientists agree” that climate change is happening and humans are the main cause of it, but that’s wrong, too:
