Former Obama adviser David Axelrod came out strongly against the Democratic National Committee in a series of tweets tonight over the ongoing scandal surrounding Bernie Sanders’ staff improperly accessing Hillary Clinton’s private voter data:
W/out evidence that his hierarchy knew about data-poaching, harsh penalty v. @BernieSanders looks like @DNC is putting finger on scale.

As for Sanders, he filed a lawsuit against the DNC earlier today in an attempt to get access to the voter data:

And he’s cancelled a rally in New Hampshire ahead of tomorrow’s Democratic debate:
