Hillary Clinton’s traveling press secretary Nick Merrill just posted this short clip of the candidate backstage at the taping of tonight’s episode of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” discussing, of all things, cheese with CNN’s Anthony Bourdain.

Hillary tells Bourdain of an unspecified cheese-themed meal: “We had about 15 courses of cheese. I mean it was cheese stuffed in things, it was cheese on top of things. It was melted cheese, it was hard cheese. It was unbelievable!”
