Former Obama speechwriter weighs in on the HuffPo's 14th Amendment 'word salad'

As we reported earlier, HuffPo legal affairs reporter Cristian Farías is getting blasted today over an article he wrote claiming that the idea of amending the Constitution to change the 14th Amendment and birthright citizenship is itself unconstitutional.

And it’s not just conservatives who found fault with Farías’ reasoning. Here’s what former Obama speechwriter Jon Lovett had to say:
