4.0 magnitude #earthquake hits near San Francisco; no immediate reports of damage

A preliminary 4.0 magnitude earthquake with an epicenter in the historic district of Fremont, California rattled nerves in the Bay Area this morning, but luckily there are no immediate reports of damage:
