It seems Hillary Clinton is now using Snapchat and had a staffer from the messaging service send out her first video earlier this weekend. In the video, Hillary says she’s “just chilling in Cedar Rapids” and then cuts to one of the “Chillary” drink koozies we posted about earlier today.
