MSNBC analyst embarrasses himself trying to blame the resignation of Florida International University's president on Ron DeSantis

There was some minor news in South Florida on Friday when the president of Florida International University in Miami abruptly resigned, catching the university by surprise:

Fernand Amandi, an analyst for MSNBC, quickly blamed Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for the move:

Sigh. If only he had waited a few moments, he would have learned that the resignation was because of his wife’s health:

He then tweeted at Christina Pushaw in Russian after FIU released the statement saying it was because of his wife’s health:
