CNN’s Chris Cuomo stepped in it — BIG TIME — with this rather confusing tweet on a Kamala Harris birther conspiracy that states even though she was born in Oakland, CA she’s somehow not eligible to be president:

Now it’s certainly not clear from that tweet above what he’s getting at, but in subsequent tweets, he did clarify … somewhat:
