Fox News’ Bret Baier and his family were involved in a major car accident in Montana where they had been on a skiing vacation. Stephen Colbert broke the news last night as Baier was scheduled to appear on his show:
Wow @colbertlateshow just shared that @FoxNews @BretBaier (who was scheduled to be a guest on tomorrow’s show) and family in a car accident in Montana … says they are at the hospital but are doing ok. ??

From Baier’s Facebook page on Saturday:
Thankfully everyone is OK:
I’m happy to hear, via reports, you and your family are going to be ok. Hoping for a speedy recovery to you and your wife and children!

Baier reportedly tweeted this after leaving the hospital:
Don’t take anything for granted – every day is a blessing – and family is everything. It’s always good to remind yourself of that – before something does it for you. #countyourblessings

Baier later released a statement statement saying his family had left the hospital and was “banged up, but alive.”
Bret Baier and Brit Hume agree! Watch this woman attempt to put gas in her Tesla, because it's FREAKING HILARIOUS https://t.co/OMWphqeKtu
