Guys, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was totally joking when she said Joe Lieberman was a Republican VP candidate

Celebrity socialist and the new heart and soul of the Democratic party Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez took a shot at former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin and an unnamed second GOP vice presidential candidate for criticizing her before she’s been sworn in:

The second Republican she’s mad at is … Joe Lieberman:

But she says she’s joking because Lieberman endorses Republicans:

It sounds like she’s still mad at Lieberman because Lieberman endorsed her Democratic primary opponent. From the NY Post:

Ex-Sen. Joe Lieberman is knocking progressive superstar Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez as a hard-core leftist whose election to Congress would damage the Democratic Party — and he’s urging Rep. Joe Crowley to jump back into the race.

“Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s surprise primary victory over Rep. Joe Crowley seems likely to hurt Congress, America and the Democratic Party. It doesn’t have to,” the former Connecticut lawmaker, who remains influential among party members, wrote in the Wall Street Journal.
