A mass shooting occurred at the Borderline Bar & Grill in Thousand Oaks, Calif., this morning with reports now coming in that the suspected gunman is dead with 11 others shot, including a Ventura Country Sheriff’s Deputy:

Authorities have not released the number of those killed, but they are saying “multiple fatalities”:

According to reports, the gunman entered the country and western bar and opened fire, first on a bouncer at the door and then at other staffers before making his way inside:

The gunman may have thrown a smoke grenade of some sort inside the bar:

It was reportedly “college night” at the bar:
