Score one for Parkland survivor David Hogg as Publix supermarkets announced that it’s suspending political donations after Hogg led calls for a boycott of the company over funding of a pro-NRA gubernatorial candidate:

Hogg had called for a $1,000,000 payment as well, although there’s no word of Publix is going through with this:

The students held a “die in” at a store near Marjory Stoneman Douglas HS in Parkland, FL:

What’s funny is the shoppers literally didn’t care:

And that one protest is what caused Publix to act?

Great job, Publix. You caved in to a boycott threat that doesn’t exist.
