Overnight, Tropical Storm Harvey dumped a biblical amount of rain east of Houston, with the cities of Beaumont and Port Arthur reporting record levels of rain and life-threatening flooding:

According to preliminary reports, over two feet of rain fell in Beaumont “YESTERDAY”:
