Elon Musk conducts another poll and lifts journalist suspensions involved in doxxing

Elon Musk has conducted yet another poll, this time asking Twitter users for feedback on the recent journalist suspensions.

Well, it wasn’t just journalists, but that’s the part that had the Left in such a tizzy. Doxxing has generally been considered a ‘no no’ by most people on Twitter and goes against Twitter’s terms of service (TOS), but this time some journalist accounts got caught in the fray by sharing links to those providing the real-time location information of Elon Musk’s plane.

To the Left, slapping the label ‘journalist’ on a leftist is the gold pass to Ultimate Free Speech™. Journalists get to say everything. They get to report anything. They can share illegally obtained materials. They can share information that might dox somebody. You can’t, of course, but you’re not a ‘JOURNALIST’ (spoken with breathless reverence).

Journalists can do all these things, of course, as long as they’re attacking someone on the Right. Hey, even journalists have to have some limits. Try rolling out a huge scoop on Hunter Biden’s laptop in an election year …

The people have spoken.

If you’ve been paying attention at all, you probably suspected these accounts would be back rather quickly. Despite left wing whining, Musk has not shown the heavy hand of his predecessors with respect to account suspensions. Most have been short-lived and he’s been willing to accept criticism and feedback.

Generally, people on the right are resistant to Twitter suspensions, having been the target of the ultimate bird app penalty for years.

LOL! Musk himself laughed at this play on his use of the ‘Vox Populi, Vox Dei’ phrase, tweeting it himself before deleting the tweet.

Yes. HAHA!

While Ben Collins is back, Keith Olbermann’s account is still currently suspended.

Keith Olbermann even managed to get himself fired from Twitter! LOL!

Right?! LOL.

LOLOLOL!

This is a good point. We … ahem … have no ulterior motives here at Twitchy. (cough)

Of course they will, but allow us to appeal to that part of you that loves the chaos of Twitter: (1) It’s hilarious. (2) The Left is very bad at doing stuff, especially destroying Elon Musk. (3) The popcorn industry could use the rise in sales.

LOL. Oops.

It was good while it lasted!

This is a valid point being made by many conservatives. Get it done, Elon. Clean slate for everyone!

That’s all we’ve been asking for.
